My son, Callum, who matriculated last year, benefited greatly from the one-on-one Life Skill Coaching Hannelie provided during February 2004.
Although Callum has been working as a casual waiter during the past 3 years, he was uncertain as to how he should proceed to:
* Clarify his goals (Study, overseas travel, career)
* Work towards attaining his goals
* Address the interpersonal relationship in the workplace
Hannelie guided him in such a way that he was able to:
1. verbalise and record what he wants to achieve in life
2. Draw up a workable action plan to attain his goals.
3. Write a dynamic CV
4. Understand the dynamics of interpersonal relationship in the workplace
5. Visualise and practice how to resolve the differences between personalities in the workplace.
The outcomes have been delightful to see. Callum addressed the differences in the workplace, which led to increased effectiveness. By 'facing the fear' the entire team benefited.
He also started saving towards overseas travel and a few months ago started working at an upmarket restaurant.
The Life Skill Coaching provided by Hannelie has enabled Callum to 'see' the future and 'reach out' and 'attain' it.

This letter is to confirm that Hannelie Buchholz presented a motivational workshop to the Occupational Therapy Department at Tygerberg Hospital. She presented the workshop over two half days (13,20 August 2004)
We benefitted greatly from this workshop. Some of us learnt lots of new things and for some of us the workshop served as a necessary reminder of knowledge we do have but have forgotten.
We also found Hannelie's optimistic look on life very refreshing and inspriring.

Personality
I find Hannelie to be very patient. I have a lot to learn about facilitating in the retail industry and she made sure that I understand everything. she communicates well and thoroughly making sure that I understand and learn from every angle. She is always friendly and open minded. She encouraged team work and has a sincere focus on goals. She understands people and is willing to work hard to improve things or empower people. she has a high level of acceptance and adapts quickly to changes.
Mentoring
She was a role model of the importance of a good attitude, being a team player and the essential skills of building relationships.
She taught me to pay attention to detail and the importance of giving and receiving feedback.
Leadership
I enjoyed her leadership style which is mostly done in a coaching role. She did make me feel as if she wants me to succeed and do well. I felt guided by her knowledge and willingness to share it.

I have had the pleasure of having Hannelie Jacobs a mentor during her time as manager of our member services department. I entered company as a junior and immediately I felt at home under her mentorship.
Hannelie was always willing to listen to the new ideas of her department staff and interested in implementing them. Andre Jacobs joined our team in October 2004. He was appointed as the Management Accountant for our 2 operations, namely Mail Order Management and International Direct Marketing Solutions. He reported to the Chief Financial Officer, Robert Brint.
Andre is very energetic and task orientated. He takes great care in projects and ensures that all
aspects of the projects is suitably accomplished. I have worked with him for the 7-8 years and have
enjoyed every minute of it. When Robert Brint left us in 2008, Andre took over the position of CFO
and he has produced everything expected from him.
His attention to detail sets him apart from other Managers and we rely heavily on his input for financial
analysis and statutory compliance in all areas of our operations.

Andre Jacobs has been the treasurer at the Avignon HOA since 2018 as the treasurer he has been the custodian of the funds, securities, and financial records of the association.
His primary duties have included:
· Reviewing financial records for accuracy
· Overseeing billing and collections
· Ensuring timely payment of invoices
· Making necessary investments of the association’s funds
Andre has assisted the committee in preparing the annual budget, as the treasurer he has been willing and able to fulfil this crucial task with expert thoroughness.
In preparing the budget, the treasurer must:
All contracts have been reviewed to ensure they are being fulfilled, the pricing is correct, and the services are still required.
He has contacted all utilities to find out if prices are expected to increase and assisted in the calculation of these into the working budget.
He reviews the income statement, the balance sheet, and the comparative budget for the current fiscal year to evaluate the association's current financial position. His advice to the committee is always on time and assists the committee in their determination regarding shortages and excesses and make necessary adjustments.
He always ensures that the association’s reserves are properly funded so money is available in case a reserve component requires maintenance.
